Payment Terms

Payment for orders must be completed prior to shipping of the parts. Every attempt will be made to ship the part(s) within 24 hours of receiving payment excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that we are not available to ship we will post notification on the website of when orders will be shipped.

ThePartsBrothers.com accepts the following methods of payments:

VISA/Mastercard

Visa/Mastercard transactions will be processed according to the merchant services agreement that ThePartsBrothers.com agreed upon. Processing of the order will occur on the day the order ships or later.
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES will be made to the issuing cardholder and the original card. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON CREDIT CARD SALES!
All shipments will be made to cardholders billing address.
Credit Card Authorization must be prior to the shipment being made.
All Credit Card information will be kept confidential by ThePartsBrothers LLC. We do not sell or share our customer information with anyone. We hate spam just as much as you do!

Items sold on this website and other listing services are sold on an "as is" basis with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Every effort will be made to describe the condition and history if known of the items listed. However, being that there may be mistakes made in the description ThePartsBrothers.com will correct any mistake made. We try to treat customers as we would like to be treated.

ThePartsBrothers.com will not be responsible for minor or cosmetic imperfections. We will gladly photograph any part that we have for sale and check on the particular conditions of a part prior to shipment. It is important to remember that it is much easier to ask the question prior to the sale rather than afterwards. It is much easier to miss out on a sale rather than having a dissatisfied customer or have to replace or refund a purchase.

The parts sold on our website and other listing services are used or new take off parts that we have either salvaged or purchased from new bike dealers or individuals when they have customized their motorcycles. From time to time we will have new Harley-Davidson® parts purchased from various sources.

Shipping Terms

PartsBrothers.com utilizes UPS for shipping parts. Post Office Box addresses cannot be used for UPS shipments. If you do not have a deliverable address please contact us for special handling of your order. Shipping parts through the US Postal system will be done on an individual basis at an additional cost.

Privacy

Customers personal information will only be used by PartsBrothers.com . In no way shape or form wil we knowingly sell or distribute any information to other firms for the marketing efforts. The PartsBrothers.com will store the customer information for business purposes only.

We will use yoru information to provide personalized service. We may call you if we have a question with the order or email you with the shipping information. Please feel free to contact us anytime you have a question or concern.

Parts Terminology

The following terms/ratings should be referenced when shopping for a part:

NEW - part has not been used.
NEW TAKEOFF - part was removed from a bike by the dealer/owner prior to the bike being ridden.
REFINISHED TAKEOFF - pare has either been polished or chromed to give it the appearance of a new part. All parts with this description will be done by an outside service that is qualified and these parts may carry a warranty on the finish of the part. The part description will describe the warranty or guarantee if applicable.
TAKEOFF - part was removed from a bike after having been used. **conditions of these parts can vary, every attempt will be made to photograph or describe an imperfections in the part. It is important to remember that these will be functional but may not be cosmetically perfect.**
