We have incorporated the cost of shop materials and gaskets that are used in performing routine maintenance services rather than surprising customers at the time of checkout. Our services are performed by Harley Certified Technicians. We use the same checklists as what the "dealer" would use. When comparing service prices it is important to ask if gaskets and materials are included or additional. Also, ask to see proof of a technician's certification. |
